1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
• Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.
• For high-volume periods (festivals, offers), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Delivery Timelines

Bangalore Deliveries

• Standard delivery: 1–3 business days

• Store pickup (Basaveshwara Nagar): Usually Ready within 4 hours

Rest of India

• Metro cities: 3–6 business days

• Non-metro & remote locations: 5–10 business days

All shipments are fulfilled through trusted delivery partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery for orders above ₹2000
• Store pickup: Free

Rest of India

• Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight & location.
• Free delivery above ₹2,500 for eligible pin codes.
