Traditionally Prepared Cow Ghee
Our Cow Ghee is prepared using traditional methods that involve culturing butter and gently heating it to separate milk solids, resulting in pure, golden ghee with a naturally rich aroma and granular texture.
Unlike industrial ghee produced using direct cream separation, traditionally prepared ghee retains its characteristic flavour profile and natural fat composition. It contains naturally occurring saturated fats and fat-soluble vitamins that remain stable under heat, making it suitable for Indian cooking practices.
This ghee is free from artificial flavouring, preservatives, and hydrogenation. Variations in colour, aroma, and texture across batches are natural and reflect the traditional preparation process.
