Cold-Pressed Flaxseed Oil

Our Cold-Pressed Flaxseed Oil is extracted in small batches using a traditional low-temperature(cold press) process. This method helps preserve the naturally occurring omega-3 fatty acids (Alpha-Linolenic Acid – ALA), which are highly sensitive to heat and chemical processing.

Unlike refined oils, this oil is not bleached, deodorized, or chemically treated. Its natural golden colour and mild nutty aroma are indicators of freshness and minimal processing. This oil is best consumed raw and is not intended for high-heat cooking.

What It’s Good For

  • Supports heart health due to its high ALA (omega-3) content
  • Helps maintain healthy lipid balance
  • Supports digestive wellness when consumed regularly
  • Beneficial for skin and hair nourishment when used externally
  • Suitable for those seeking a plant-based omega-3 source

Usage Guidelines

Internal Use:

  • Add to salads, smoothies, or cooked food after it has cooled
  • Can be consumed directly if preferred
